THE PROBLEM

Your shoot schedule is in a Google Calendar your DP can't access, a PDF your producer emailed out Tuesday, and a WhatsApp thread nobody can find. Crops puts everyone on the same calendar.

Crew submit timecards and expenses as the production runs. Actuals populate automatically.

/03

Wrap clean

Export your final budget report in one click. Everything reconciled. Nothing to chase.

TESTIMONIALS

"Before Crops, I was managing three shoots out of spreadsheets and Drive folders and a group text. Now everything is in one place and my producers actually know what's happening."

We work project-to-project. Do we pay for seats between productions?

No. You only pay for the people who are active on a project. When a production wraps, you can pause or remove seats so you're not billed while you're between shoots, and bring your team back when the next project starts.

We already use Wrapbook. Do we have to replace it?

Can clients review deliverables inside Crops, do we still send Frame.io links?

We run 8 projects simultaneously across different clients. Does everything stay separate?

My EP needs full access. My CD needs to edit a few things. My talent just needs to submit a timecard. Can I give each person exactly that?

Is this secure enough for large agency clients who require vendor compliance?

We've tried other production tools. Our crew never used them. Why is this different?

What happens to our data if we cancel?
